1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Casa De Boop’s website, services, or facilities (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Casa De Boop LLC (“Casa De Boop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides premium pet care, boarding, and related services subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Be the legal owner or authorized guardian of the pet(s) receiving care.
Accurately represent your pet’s health, temperament, and vaccination status.

3. Services

Casa De Boop offers:

Overnight boarding (limited capacity, one-dog-at-a-time environment)
Daycare and play sessions
Walks and enrichment experiences
Pick-up and drop-off (if available)
Pet care consultations

Each service must be booked in advance and confirmed via our website, Rover profile, or approved communication method.

4. Health, Safety & Behavior

For the safety of all pets and humans:

All pets must be fully vaccinated (Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP).
Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a pet displays aggression, illness, or unsafe behavior.
In emergencies, Casa De Boop may seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due in full prior to or at the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits may be required for peak seasons or extended stays.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No refunds are issued for early pickups or shortened stays once service has begun.

All payments processed through Rover, Venmo, Zelle, or CasaDeBoop.com must comply with respective platform policies.

6. Liability & Waiver

By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept that:

Casa De Boop LLC and its staff are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or death of your pet except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct.
You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet to property, staff, or other animals.
Casa De Boop is not responsible for items brought with your pet (toys, bedding, leashes, etc.).

7. Emergencies

In the event of illness or injury, Casa De Boop will:

Attempt to contact you and your listed emergency contact immediately.
If unreachable, seek veterinary care at the nearest available clinic.
You agree to reimburse all related costs promptly.

8. Media Release

By using our Services, you grant Casa De Boop permission to photograph, film, or record your pet for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to service.

9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal data collected (name, address, contact info, etc.) is used solely for service provision and communication. We never sell or share your data with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Modifications

Casa De Boop may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration or small claims court in Hudson County, NJ.
